My client - in the Basel/ Switzerland area - is a very successful company! Its core competencies in complex projects are located, among others, in the -industry/ pharma/ and chemical- sectors. Due to the sustainable order situation, I have been commissioned to recruit a specialist/ professional (f/m) in the field of -HVAC- (engineering department).

Tasks ###

• Management and coordination of demanding HVAC projects
• Development and planning of technical building technology concepts
• Creation of project documentation, calculations and technical specifications
• Ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets
• Coordination of customers, specialist planners, authorities and other project participants
• Support in the optimization of existing systems and processes

Requirements ###

• Completed training or studies in the field of HVAC, building technology or supply technology
• Several years of experience in the planning or project management of building technology projects
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and responsible personality
• Enjoyment of technically demanding projects as well as cooperation with different specialist departments

IT ###

MS Office: very good
CAD: good
BIM: an advantage

Languages ###
