For our Kita team for the Kita Bruggbächli in Frick, we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as Childcare Specialist EFZ Your tasks • Care and support of the children in a loving, promotion-oriented, and safe everyday routine • Accompanying children and families when entering the Kita, including location and adaptation talks • Observation, documentation, and portfolio management of the children for the planning of targeted support offers • Planning and implementation of varied and pedagogical offers to promote the children in everyday Kita life, including domestic tasks and small everyday activities • Preparation of infant food and snacks • Planning and implementation of decorations in group rooms • Regular, professional communication with parents and caregivers about the development, needs, and promotion of the children • Compliance with care and hygiene specifications as well as ensuring a safe, clean, and pedagogically valuable environment • Observation of the children in everyday life, recognizing developmental needs, and planning targeted support offers • Conducting Kita tours in the absence of the management and presenting the facility to interested parties Your profile • Completed training as Childcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in childcare is a prerequisite • Joy in working with children and their individual promotion • Creativity and initiative in designing everyday Kita life • Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working • Teamwork skills as well as good communication skills • Resilience • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
