Job description
Childcare Specialist Children EFZ (FaBe) 90-100 % To reinforce our team, we are looking for a committed and warm Childcare Specialist Children EFZ (FaBe) (or equivalent training) with a workload of 90-100 %. Our Kita Kleine Matrosen in Hitzkirch is a family-like, centrally located but nonetheless rural Kita in a spacious house with a large garden. In our constant and well-coordinated team, we attach great importance to appreciative cooperation, individual promotion of the children and an atmosphere in which children, parents and employees feel comfortable. Your tasks

Care and promotion of the children in everyday life
Co-designing a loving, safe and stimulating environment
Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and projects
Trustful cooperation with parents and team colleagues
Taking on responsibility in everyday group life
Active co-design of the pedagogical quality of our Kita
What you bring with you

Completed training as Childcare Specialist Children EFZ or a recognized equivalent training
Joy and passion for working with children
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
Teamwork skills, flexibility and commitment
Appreciative interaction with children, parents and employees
Interest in taking on responsibility and developing professionally
