On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Quality Improvement Officer M/F at 100%

• Degree in Quality or Industrial Performance (Technician, Engineer, Master/Bachelor)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality improvement within an industrial environment, watchmaking an asset
• You have knowledge of ERP software, SAP knowledge an asset
• Knowledge in blueprint reading, dimensional and sensory control
• Good knowledge of project management and ability to facilitate meetings and groups
• Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills
• You know how to manage priorities and show reactivity, while demonstrating rigor and autonomy
• Thanks to your natural leadership, you enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge, and by doing so, you participate in the development of the team

Quality Procedures and Follow-up
Coordinate and facilitate a continuous improvement process for existing processes and ensure their validation
Handle internal, external, and client non-conformities through root cause analysis and the implementation of curative, corrective, and preventive actions.
Trigger potential non-conformity processing procedures
Implement problem analysis and resolution processes
Follow up and facilitate action plans following findings from audits performed (process audits)
As part of the validation of specific means (such as control fixtures / manufacturing fixtures), perform Repeatability and Reproducibility R&R studies
Participation in the specifications for new equipment and validation of these regarding the quality aspect
Monitor components in production (performing capability studies on critical dimensions identified during industrialization reviews)
Validation and follow-up of prototypes and 0-series in relation to the Control departments, subcontractors, and Clients.

Actor in the implementation and follow-up of the company's Quality indicators
Client Contact
Participation in client offer reviews for the quality aspect
Management of the Client relationship on quality aspects
Quality Support

Implementation of methodological support on Quality tools and processes
Actively participate in the capitalization and dissemination of knowledge and know-how
Train personnel in the use of quality tools (Non-conformity, document management, procedures)

Quality Projects
Participate in company projects (QRQC, 8D, 5S)
Project manager and actor for the implementation of quality software
Capitalize and implement tools with the aim of improving processes
