As part of our Digital-Solutions team, you will actively drive the digitalization of our internal applications and processes. In doing so, you will realize versatile projects at the interface of technology and energy markets. You will take on responsibility from the very beginning and have a direct impact on the success of Ompex.

• We digitalize the electricity and gas supply and accompany energy suppliers as well as large-scale industry in the energy transition

Your area of responsibility:

• As a Software Engineer, you will help to actively further develop our customer platform as well as various other internal web applications
• You work in a small team and accompany the entire development process from concept to implementation to deployment and subsequent operation
• Together with our portfolio management & sales team, you develop concepts for new functions and implement them in a sustainable manner
• You contribute ideas for process improvement and accompany their technical implementation
• Upon interest, support in IT infrastructure

Your profile:

• You have sound programming knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: Java, React, Typescript, Go
• Cross-departmental communication is a matter of course for you. You build bridges between teams and ensure that information flows clearly and efficiently
• You have a good understanding of web development and already bring a few years of experience
• You can explain technical contexts understandably even to non-technicians
• You work independently and are an open and team-oriented personality
• You speak fluent German and can express yourself confidently in spoken and written form
