We are looking for a Head of Department for Strategies Transport and Urban Space as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You will lead the Department Strategies Transport and Urban Space personally, organizationally, and professionally with 5-7 employees and continuously develop it. • As a member of the Transport and Urban Space management team, you will develop the multi-year planning, prioritize ongoing tasks, topics, and projects, and further develop the professional stance of the division. • You will develop and further evolve fundamentals, strategies, and implementation aids in the areas of transport and urban space with your employees - particularly for the areas of mobility and transport such as motorized individual transport, bicycle traffic, freight transport and logistics, and parking - and coordinate their implementation. • You will collaborate on strategies, concepts, and strategic projects of other service departments. • You will represent integral mobility, transport, and urban space planning as well as the interests of the Tiefbauamt in professional, political, and other exchange committees.
