Assistant caretaker (M/F) - 50%

Our company is opening an assistant caretaker position at 50%, every morning, M/F, for January 2027.

Here are the main tasks:
Interior:

• Cleaning Control + WC + emptying bins
• Plant maintenance
• Cafeteria maintenance and cleaning
• Changing room + WC maintenance and cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Washing and maintenance of floors and machines
• Various small routine tasks (changing neons, various repairs, etc…)

Exterior:

• Terrace maintenance and cleaning
• Reception paving + parking + gates maintenance and cleaning
• Pond maintenance
• Lawn maintenance and tools used (mower, brush cutter, blower, watering, etc…)
• Exterior plant maintenance, watering
• Sidewalk maintenance and tools used (sweeper, etc…)
• Window cleaning
• Garage + car wash center maintenance and cleaning

Other:

• Valid driver's license, occasional transport
• Replacement of the main caretaker in case of absence

Profile:

• Experience in a similar position
• To be manual, versatile, reliable and motivated
• Good physical abilities
• Reside in the Delémont region
• To be flexible and available
• To have a sense of priorities, endowed with a sense of initiative
