FINMA supervises the Swiss financial market. It protects the interests of investors, creditors, and the insured, and contributes to the stability and competitiveness of financial market participants through its supervision. For this purpose, over 800 competent and motivated employees are engaged daily.

In the Operations division, we offer you a position as

Main tasks

• Responsible for the creation and expansion of a digitally networked learning landscape including the conception of face-to-face and e-learning formats
• Sub-project management for the introduction of a Learning Management System including customizing as well as introduction and training concepts in close cooperation with IT service management, ensuring the operation of HR development offerings
• Responsible for the further development of succession planning and co-shaping executive development
• Moderation of training sessions, leadership events, and team developments
• Advising employees on the selection of external continuing education and coaching measures
• Taking on further personnel development projects as needed

Profile

• Completed university degree in business administration, psychology, social, or comparable sciences
• 5-8 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, personnel and leadership development, or organizational development
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (ideally SuccessFactors) as well as digital learning formats including the creation of e-learnings
• Experience in the conception and implementation of learning programs
• Moderation and coaching experience with a prudent and empathetic attitude
• Strong conceptual skills, dedicated hands-on mentality, implementation strength, and high team orientation and initiative
• Language skills in German (C2) as well as good English and French skills (B2 each) are an advantage
