• Overall responsibility for the results of the point of sale while adhering to the specified budget
• Leadership, management and motivation of the store and the store employees
• Ensuring quality standards
• Ensuring and complying with internal store specifications
• Communication with the corporate headquarters
• Active participation in the store and in the sales activities

What you bring with you #####

Leadership competence:

Team leadership and motivation: You should be able to lead, motivate and, if necessary, coach a team to achieve goals together.

Communication skills:

Open communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and openly, both with your team and with customers and the corporate headquarters.

Organizational talent:

Time management: You must be able to handle various tasks simultaneously, such as personnel planning, goods management and sales strategies, while always maintaining an overview.

Experience in retail ###
