Tasks

• Arrange appointments with private individuals, property managements and owners
• Coordinate technician assignments in the FTTH area (including OTO socket installations)
• Create and continuously update deployment planning in internal tools
• Telephone and written customer communication
• Administrative support for project management and fitters

Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable function in the FTTH environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of daily, solution-oriented telephone contact
• Commercial basic training is an advantage
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office, Excel, ERP, planning tools)
• Independent, structured and assertive way of working
• Interest in technical topics (fiber optic/electrical)
• Impeccable German skills; other languages are an advantage
