Job Description ##

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take over your own market and continuously develop it in terms of both clients and candidates. In doing so, you can rely on an established brand, professional tools, and an international network while simultaneously actively shaping your own business area.

Your tasks specifically include:

• Building and further developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Active business development as well as winning new clients and mandates
• Advising clients on recruiting strategies, market trends, and talent availability
• Independent management of the entire recruiting process from search to closing
• Strategic further development of your market and sustainable expansion of your network

You will receive a great deal of personal responsibility and direct influence on your own success. At the same time, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from the reach, structures, and network of an internationally established recruitment consultancy.

The Successful Applicant ##

You already bring experience in recruitment and want to further develop your existing expertise in a professional and entrepreneurial environment.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Several years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a recruitment consultancy
• Experience in the independent management of recruiting processes
• Enjoyment of business development as well as building long-term client relationships
• Strong commercial thinking and a high orientation toward results
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Fluent German and good English skills; other languages are an advantage

For us, it is not decisive which market or industry you have supported so far. Much more important are your recruiting experience, your commercial understanding, and your motivation to actively develop your own area.
