With the new organization, you will take on team responsibility on each floor. As Department Head, you bring these together and maintain an overview. Together, you lead the employees, further develop processes and face the challenges of daily nursing – always with a view to the needs of our residents. In doing so, you can contribute your experience, take responsibility and actively help shape your area.

YOUR TASKS

• You will take over the management and organization of House B with 48 residents on three floors and will be actively supported by the team leaders
• You keep the needs and well-being of our residents in mind and ensure together with your team that they feel well looked after, respected and safe
• You work closely with the team leaders, provide orientation, support them in their role and further develop the team together with them
• You actively contribute your ideas for modern nursing practice, implement improvements pragmatically and solution-oriented and advocate for a good care and nursing quality to be lived in everyday life
• You actively contribute your experience and your perspectives to the further development of the location

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring several years of experience in long-term care and enjoy taking responsibility and driving developments forward
• As an experienced leader, you know how to inspire people, develop teams and win employees for common goals
• You think proactively, recognize potential and have the courage to question and further develop existing structures
• Even in challenging situations, you remain solution-oriented, decisive and maintain an overview
• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
