For a modern acute care facility, we are looking for an engaged Healthcare Specialist EFZ for a temporary assignment on a medical ward, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will bring your professional expertise to a versatile acute setting and support the nursing team in professional and patient-oriented care.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in the acute sector or on a medical ward is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• High social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
• Flexibility and quick comprehension

Tasks ##

• Professional and empathetic care and support of patients on a medical ward
• Support of the registered nursing staff in the versatile and dynamic daily station routine
• Independent execution of nursing and medical-technical measures within the scope of your competencies
• Careful nursing documentation and complete recording of the services provided
• Close cooperation with nursing, medicine, therapy, and other professional groups
• Resource-oriented accompaniment of patients with the goal of promoting independence and well-being in the best possible way
