For the Raiffeisenbank in Beromünster, a successful and locally oriented bank with its headquarters in Beromünster and branches in Reinach AG and Eich, we are looking for an independent, committed, and customer-oriented personality as a Customer Advisor.

• You advise our customers in the areas of numbers, saving, investing, and retirement planning
• You develop individual solutions and accompany our clientele in different life situations
• You create positive customer experiences and are the first point of contact at the reception as well as in the cash area
• You recognize potentials, facilitate contacts to our specialists, and thus help to actively maintain and expand the team-customer portfolio
• A team of competent, motivated, and friendly colleagues awaits you - with your positive nature, you contribute to the common success
• In spring 2027, we will jointly move into a new building in Beromünster. A working and advisory environment designed according to the most modern criteria awaits you

What do you bring with you?

• Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking business
• Ideally sound experience in basic customer advisory
• Distinct customer- and service-oriented thinking and action
• Sympathetic and winning appearance as well as good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Responsible and reliable way of working, with which you support and strengthen your team
• You are a team player and actively commit yourself to common goals
