For our location in Hölstein, we are looking for a committed CNC Operator / Einrichter Kurzdrehen 100% (a) This is what you can achieve with us: • Independent setup and operation of modern CNC short-turning machines (Nakamura / Okuma) • Tool changes as well as corrections to existing CNC programs and tool offsets • Monitoring of the ongoing production process and ensuring a trouble-free workflow • Carrying out quality controls with common measuring instruments according to the test plan • Troubleshooting minor faults as well as performing simple maintenance work on the systems • Documentation of measurement results and willingness to work shifts This is what you bring: • Training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or equivalent • Experience in setting up and operating CNC short-turning machines (Nakamura/Okuma) is mandatory • Good knowledge of handling measuring instruments and quality testing • Independent, reliable and quality-conscious work • Technical understanding and team skills • Shift availability This is what you can look forward to: • Open you-culture, short decision-making paths and lived open-door philosophy • 6 weeks of vacation • Attractive employee benefits • Regular team events • Loyalty bonuses
