Attached to the medico-administrative service, the rheumatology secretariat is composed of medical assistants and medico-administrative collaborators. The team handles all administrative aspects and assistance for all doctors in the rheumatology service. The medical assistants are also required to perform bone densitometry examinations at the Val-de-Ruz site.

Your missions

• Technical procedures related to bone densitometry activity
• Preparation of the examination room
• Management of machine maintenance
• Physical reception and settling in of patients
• Management of telephone calls and the agenda for making appointments
• Administrative management of patient files (admissions, summons and transmission of examination reports)
• Typing and sending of medical reports

Your profile

• CFC as medical assistant and "Medical Radiology: Extremities and Thorax" certificate
• Several years of professional experience in performing examinations in medical radiology
• Perfect command of the French language and medical terminology
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)
