Your tasks • Organization and coordination of the ambulatorium operations • Appointment management and reception of patient·e·s • Management of the telephone switchboard • Telephone and written correspondence • Medical acts such as the distribution of Antabus, the collection of UP, blood sampling and breathalyzer alcohol testing Your profile • Completed training as a medical secretary or medical assistant • Experience in the medical field desired • Friendly attitude and good communication skills • Good proficiency in MS Office programs • Organizational talent and reliability • Autonomy in work and team spirit • We desire an attitude based on respect and consideration in contact with our patient·e·s.
