EDM Mechanic

As part of the development of our activities within our erosion department, we are looking for an EDM Mechanic (M/F).

Job Description

• Master wire EDM machine technologies
• Master sinker and drilling EDM machine technologies.
• Knowledge in GIBBS / ESPRIT programming
• Program and optimize machining
• Micromilling
• Manufacture parts for cutting dies
• Maintain machines
• Perform small mechanical tasks

Profile

• Knowledge of GF range wire EDM machines (Cut1000, Cut2000)
• Knowledge of GF range EDM drilling machines (DRILL E300)
• Knowledge of GF range EDM sinker machines (FROM 20)
• Knowledge of SARIX micromilling machines
• Gibbs, Opticam programming is a plus
• ESPRIT programming
• Proven experience in the use of fine wires
• Micron culture indispensable
• Organized, rigorous and autonomous person
• Working in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
