Do you like technical devices, do you have manual skills and a great sense of responsibility? If that is the case and you have good grades in secondary school or at the cycle d'orientation, training as a logistician could be what you need! As a logistician CFC, you will follow a 3-year apprenticeship. With us, you will be able to work in different warehouse sectors and discover all aspects of warehouse logistics work. • At the beginning, you will be supervised by experienced logisticians and perform various rather manual tasks • These tasks mainly concern the preparation and availability of small items, advertising items and others • As soon as you have completed the course on using the electric pallet jack, you will be able to perform the first internal mechanical movements of goods • In addition to the courses at the professional school of Rorschach, you will learn in practice the proper management of the reception and distribution of goods • Once the inter-company forklift operator course is passed, you will be able to autonomously store and restock palletized goods • Later, you will learn to use an overhead crane to correctly store, restock or move all kinds of long goods • In addition to the efficient loading of goods into/from trucks, you will learn the essential points of correct securing of loads We expect • Practical understanding • Manual skills • Taste for technical devices • Great sense of responsibility • Reliability and perseverance • Autonomy • Good results in secondary school or at the cycle d'orientation We offer • Interesting activities in different warehouses • Varied and practical training • Dynamic working environment • State-of-the-art infrastructure *(40 tonne overhead crane installation, large forklifts, etc.)* • Collegial working atmosphere
