The position represents a global activity rate of 60%, divided as follows: CMMI (40%) Tuesday afternoon Thursday all day Friday Nutrition (20%) Tuesday morning Wednesday afternoon Responsibilities Main missions Reception of patients and visitors Management of telephone calls Email processing Scheduling and management of appointments Taking of minutes General administrative support to teams Profile Sought profile The person sought must have solid administrative skills. Previous experience in the hospital field would be a plus.
