Health Care Assistant (M/F)

Activity rate between 50% and 80%

Permanent indefinite contract

Your mission

• Ensure basic care, hygiene and comfort services in daily activities and assistance in maintaining order and cleanliness in the living environment
• Monitor the general state of clients and transmit useful observations for quality care in the continuity of care
• Stimulate and support clients and their loved ones by maintaining their autonomy and quality of life as much as possible according to their abilities
• Offer a listening ear and develop a relational and trust-based bond
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to value your profession as a health care assistant as a full stakeholder in the health system

Your profile and your skills

• CRS 120-hour health care assistant certificate or certification deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) or willingness to undergo training
• Marked interest in advanced age and home care
• Ability to organize oneself autonomously while knowing how to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinarity
• Experience in the medico-social field and marked interest in community health
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Good ease with IT tools and mobile telephony
