We are an experienced provider of resource-saving working time analyses specifically for elderly and nursing homes. With our professional teams, we carry out detailed analyses on-site in the institutions using the established and proven Brunner-Arbeitszeitanalysen® method. As a designated license partner, we cover the Eastern Switzerland region (cantons AR, AI, GL, GR, LU, NW, OW, SG, SH, SZ, TG, UR and ZG). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and reliable person without hesitation, who has a quick grasp (and/or is already familiar with the processes in elderly centers), works reliably and has a good connection to elderly people. You also have a confident appearance, have some style and know how to behave as a welcome guest in a new company again and again and like dealing with various cultures among the employees. Your tasks • Active participation in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of working time analyses directly in elderly and nursing homes • Application of the Brunner-Arbeitszeitanalysen® method (training is guaranteed internally) • Data collection through observation and documentation of work activities on-site • The surveys take place on all weekdays, divided into early and late shifts • Close cooperation with the nursing teams of the institutions and our analysis team • Support in information events, the derivation of optimization suggestions as well as in the presentation of the results • Administrative activities in connection with the projects Your profile • Ideally completed training in the health or nursing sector (e.g., FaGe, HF Pflege, Dipl.
