Your next career step begins here. Be responsible for the procurement of demanding residential construction projects and make a decisive contribution to the project's success. In a modern working environment with short decision-making paths and high personal responsibility, you will take on a key role in the economical procurement of contractor services and building materials. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Purchasing Agent Construction (m/f). Your challenge:

• Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating contractor and supplier offers
• Conducting price and contract negotiations
• Awarding contractor services and material procurement
• Maintaining and expanding the supplier and contractor network
• Carrying out market and price analyses
• Ensuring economical and timely procurement
• Supporting the project management with award and cost decisions
• Optimizing existing purchasing and award processes

What you bring with you:

• Training in construction, ideally as Bauleiter HF, Techniker HF Hochbau, Architekt FH, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, construction management, or project management
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss construction market and award practices
• Experience in the tendering and awarding of contractor services
• Negotiation skills as well as strong cost and quality awareness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
