Job description
At our location in Abtwil, we are offering training according to Art. 32 BBV (80%-100%) starting from August 2026. In our daycare centers, we offer children from three months up to primary school an environment in which they can spend the day with competent care and develop themselves with plenty of movement, healthy food, and discovery trips in the forest and nature. In doing so, we orient ourselves towards modern pedagogical concepts: With open daycare work, we support the children on their way to independence by actively letting them participate and help shape their daily lives. Your future area of work: Together with the pedagogical specialist staff, you will shape a varied daycare daily routine. This should invite the children to research, to experience, and to develop. Together you cook at the campfire, have races, or build the Leaning Tower of Pisa even more crookedly. In doing so, you adopt a child-centered attitude. What we expect from you:

at least 5 years of professional experience in a full-time workload (2 of which in the social sector)
Corresponding authorization from the Office for Vocational Training of the canton of residence for training according to Art. 32 BBV
Appreciative and respectful attitude towards children and caregivers
Supporting our communication and feedback culture
Cool head and good humor in hectic situations
