Head of Emergency Nursing What awaits you You lead, develop and strengthen a committed team in the dynamic emergency operation You assume co-responsibility for the operational operation and the further development of the emergency center in the interprofessional leadership team You stabilize and optimize our new processes and workflows You specifically bring your professional and organizational expertise into change and development processes You set impulses and actively and effectively shape changes You assume situational responsibility in direct patient care and remain professionally anchored How you will advance us You have completed training as a nursing professional with NDS Emergency Nursing/MAS Physician Associates Skills/Clinical Specialist or -specialist as well as sound leadership experience in the acute or emergency field You assume responsibility, make clear decisions and remain calm and capable of action even in demanding situations You combine operational presence with strategic thinking and maintain an overview even in the dynamic environment You lead your team with clarity, commitment and genuine appreciation You create orientation and security – even in challenging and stressful situations You approach challenges proactively, set priorities and advance topics together with your team You communicate clearly and bindingly, always respectfully and at eye level.
