Requirement profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a precision mechanic/polymechanic or career changer with an affinity for quality inspection
• Passion for precision parts and accuracy
• Initial experience in quality assurance
• Sound knowledge in handling measuring instruments
• German language skills in speaking and writing

Tasks:

• Setting up, operating and programming modern turning machines (5-axis, long & short turning)
• Production of individual parts as well as small and large series
• Optimizing, adapting and further developing existing CNC programs and manufacturing processes
• Monitoring production according to quality, deadline and cost specifications
• Independent execution of optical and dimensional quality control
• Carrying out simple maintenance work according to manufacturer specifications
