Activity

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning machines from DMG MORI
• Production of demanding individual parts and small series
• Programming, optimizing and correcting CNC programs
• Setup of tools, clamping devices and measuring instruments
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring the required quality
• Performing dimensional checks and documentation of test results
• Identifying and resolving production problems
• Care and maintenance of machines and operating equipment

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC turning
• Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC turning machines
• Experience with DMG MORI is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
