Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 60-60% What you can contribute • Fulfill an interface and interlocutor function as a service provider in a busy environment: support the division and its employees on administrative and organizational levels (e.g.: organization of meetings and specialized days) • Manage contracts and follow division files (e.g. the accounts payable workflow) • Finalize or translate complex letters and documents in German and French as well as provide information in both languages (e.g. telephone service, writing proficiency in responding to emails in German) • Participate in the management of the division's web pages <br /> What makes you unique • Training as a commercial employee or equivalent training, accompanied by several years of professional experience • Motivated, flexible person, with a team spirit and good organizational skills, possessing a sense of organization and great mental agility • Autonomous work, reliability and sense of service • Good writing skills • Experience in public administration would be an asset <br /> In a few words Are you the motivated person we are looking for to strengthen our secretariat team in the Hazard Prevention division?
