What you can contribute

• Fulfill an interface and interlocutor function as a service provider in a busy environment: support the division and its employees on administrative and organizational levels (e.g.: organization of meetings and specialized days)
• Manage contracts and follow the division's files (e.g. the accounts payable workflow)
• Finalize or translate complex correspondence and documents in German and French as well as provide information in both languages (e.g. telephone switchboard, writing ease in responding to emails in German)
• Participate in the management of the division's web pages

• Commercial employee training or equivalent training, accompanied by several years of professional experience
• Motivated, flexible person, endowed with a team spirit and good organizational skills, endowed with a sense of organization and great mental agility
• Autonomous work, reliability and sense of service
• Good writing skills
• Experience in public administration would be an asset
