Team Leader Technical Customer Service (m/f) 100 %
Your tasks:
Responsibility for dispatching and order processing for service, repairs, and installations
Leadership of the assigned service technicians
Compliance with maintenance appointments
Creation of offers and cost estimates
Planning and implementation of internal as well as external training
Technical clarifications with suppliers, billing of assignments, and procurement of spare parts
Active promotion of the company image within and outside the company
Reporting directly to the division manager and operational support of the other team leaders in the versatile daily business
Your profile:
You are a strong personality aged approx. 30 years and ideally bring several years of professional experience as a service technician or dispatcher and further training in the commercial field
Your basic technical training, preferably in the automotive sector, helps you to analyze technical problems in a solution-oriented manner
Good user knowledge of MS-Office is among your strengths
You are a team player with an independent and structured way of working
You communicate very well in German and Swiss German, both written and spoken
