• Competent advice and active sale of telecommunications and digital products
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience in the shop
• Support with service, repair, and support inquiries
• Execution of administrative tasks as well as assistance with inventory management and stocktakes
• Representation of company values through professional and customer-oriented appearance

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training in retail EFZ or comparable training
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry
• Experience with sales targets, KPIs, and commission models
• Strong sales skills as well as high self-motivation and success orientation
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a convincing appearance
• Technical understanding and strong advisory skills
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
