Specialized Clinical Nurse (ICLS) 80% to 100%

Your mission

The CTR has 47 inpatient beds and is organized into two sectors. Its mission is to ensure the rehabilitation management (musculoskeletal, geriatrics, and internal medicine-oncology) of adult patients from the Broye region. The service works closely with the entire medico-therapeutic platform and the institutional multidisciplinary actors. The nursing team is composed of approximately 35 FTE under the supervision of two ICUS.

Your tasks:

• Exercise clinical practice at 40-50% directly with patients
• Evaluate and analyze complex care situations and propose necessary actions
• Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the nursing management
• Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice for the benefit of care quality, safety, and efficiency
• Ensure supportive and empowering clinical supervision to members of the nursing team
• Contribute to the development of the team's skills, to the reorganization of the service, and accompany change
• Define and monitor clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care
• Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy
• Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in care

Your assets

• You benefit from a Master's in Nursing Sciences and, if possible, experience in the field of geriatric hospital care and/or rehabilitation.
• Proactive by nature, your technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills allow you to offer quality care.
• Possessing good communication skills, you have a marked interest in care quality and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills, real clinical leadership, and creativity.
• Excellent mastery of French (spoken and written), scientific English, as well as IT tools are indispensable.
