Your tasks

• Independent and professional care of clients at home
• Taking responsibility for the nursing process
• Performing treatment care and complex nursing situations
• Advising and supporting clients and relatives
• Coordination and organization of the necessary nursing services
• Maintaining nursing documentation
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Experience in the Spitex sector is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent and organized way of working
• High level of personal responsibility and social competence
• Enjoyment of working with people in their familiar environment
