Your mission

As part of our concierge service, you ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and proper functioning of three group buildings (including one with two entrances). You ensure the general good condition of the buildings and collaborate with the technician.

You also participate in various maintenance, upkeep and logistics tasks for the needs of the group, as part of a multipurpose and varied role.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of common areas and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure the cleanliness and general good condition of the buildings and their installations.
• Carry out small routine maintenance work and necessary occasional interventions.
• Report anomalies and ensure the follow-up of intervention needs with the technician.
• Participate in various maintenance, logistics and operational support tasks for the group, according to needs.

Your profile

• Experience in concierge services, building maintenance or a similar role.
• Multipurpose, autonomous, organized and reliable person.
• Practical sense, initiative and ability to manage varied tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills, discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Driver's license mandatory
