What awaits you? ##

• Evaluate, approve or reject credit applications within the scope of assigned competencies.
• Support client advisors in the analysis, structuring and processing of financing requests.
• Identify, evaluate and communicate risks related to credit operations, while proposing suitable solutions.
• Analyze requests for special or exceptional authorizations and coordinate, if necessary, risk transfers to Raiffeisen Suisse.
• Ensure the periodic review of credit commitments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Contribute to the monitoring of the credit portfolio and the control of compliance with agreed conditions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of credit processes.
• Represent and convey with conviction and enthusiasm the values of our slogan #PROCHEDEVOUS.

What do you bring? ##

• Commercial training (CFC), ideally in the Banking branch, or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in managing Recovery files and/or skills in real estate appraisal is an asset.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the analysis, validation or management of credits intended for private clients.
• Rigor and sense of responsibility.
• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to argue and defend a position in a constructive manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
• Solution orientation and sense of priorities.
• Residency in the region would be a plus.
