The Fachstelle für Früherziehung und Integrative Sonderschulung (FFS) is the cantonal competence center for topics of specific early support and outpatient special education support in regular schools for children and adolescents with increased support needs. Together, possibilities and solutions are sought for participation in social life and learning.

Do you want to make small developmental steps big? With us, you will support young children and their families individually, flexibly, and in an interdisciplinary team with time, impact, and real proximity to everyday life.

Your tasks

• You carry out speech and language assessments and therapies.
• You provide parents with practical advice and strengthen them in their ability to act.
• You work closely with the Heilpädagogische Früherzieherinnen and view children holistically in their development. You promote exchange with specialists and keep an eye on language development.
• You are in constant exchange with your colleagues from the speech and language therapy team to discuss current topics and develop new, creative approaches.
• You organize your daily work independently and flexibly.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Language Therapy or a comparable degree recognized by the EDK.
• Ideally, you have already completed the CAS Spracherwerbsstörung im Kleinkind- und Vorschulalter. If this is not the case, we are happy to support you on this path.
• If you already have professional experience in the early childhood sector, this is an additional plus.
• Patience, empathy, and joy in working with young children with special needs characterize you.
• You bring your knowledge and experience to our team with commitment and thus help to positively shape the future of our work.
