• Lead, train and support a team of mechanics in daily business
• Plan, prioritize and realize production orders on schedule
• Manufacture complex components using CNC technology and CAD systems
• Ensure maintenance of the machine park and perform service work
• Supervise and train apprentices
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in leading employees as well as in the training of apprentices
• Familiarity with construction machinery environments and precise way of working
• Good knowledge of the German language and possession of a category B driver's license
• Physical resilience for demanding work tasks
