Searching for building/architectural draftsman

In order to complete our team, we are looking for a Building/architectural Draftsman from 1 October 2026. You will participate in the development of our projects, their permit applications, the preparation of execution plans, tenders and site management for various types of projects (residential, industrial and agricultural). Building draftsman 60 to 100% Your mission • Assistance with project studies and developments, measurements and surveys • Preparation of permit application files according to regulations • Preparation of execution plans at 1:50 and details at 1:20 & 1:10th • Performance of quantity surveying, tenders and calls for tender • Organization and management of construction sites (driver's license required) Your profile • Mandatory / Holder of a CFC as a building/architectural draftsman completed in Switzerland • If possible / Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years in Switzerland • Main language: French • Knowledge of materials, laws, standards and construction regulations in Switzerland and the canton of Vaud • Mastery of Autocad software (possibly ArchiCAD) • Knowledge of standard Windows tools • Ability to work in a team and independently • Solid skills in the preparation of plans and execution plans • Rigor, autonomy and ability to manage several projects in parallel What we offer • A position with varied activities within a small, dynamic structure • Flexible hours between 7am and 5:30pm • A workload of 60 to 100% Start date From 1 October 2026 Interested?
