Your task ##

• Creation of import and export documents (commercial invoices and export declarations)
• Responsibility for optimal customer care via telephone and email
• Processing of complaints / damage cases
• Organization of special transports (truck, sea, and air)
• Accounts receivable monitoring / payment control, dunning process

Your profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training with several years of export experience in an international environment
• Ideally, you have further training as an Aussenhandelsfachmann/-frau with federal diploma
• Proficient use of the MS-Office suite as well as experience in handling ERP/CRM systems
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage
• High level of independence, flexible way of working, and team spirit
