Your responsible tasks include, among others Setting up and operating the fine annealing furnaces according to prescribed processes and order documents Wire production in 2-shift operation Controlling the wire quality according to specifications Cleaning the equipment in the annealing plant Production of fine wire on annealing plants according to production orders and production regulations Production of chain wire on rewinding machines according to production orders and production regulations If suitable, training for further activities in our production or as a relief worker Carrying out the fine wire/final inspection according to production orders and testing regulations Spool cleaning and preparation Setting up and operating the Zwick tensile testing machine Through your valuable cooperation in our annealing plant, rewinding plant and inspection, you are significantly involved in the quality of our finished products. Requirements Readiness for 2-shift work (incl. night shift) Good vision and dexterity for wires of the finest diameter Readiness for further tasks within the company Perseverance, reliability and initiative Good manners and a strong understanding of teamwork good German language skills
