Your tasks: ### • Opening and closing the reception • Welcoming visitors • Managing the switchboard and mailing • Management of badges, keys and small equipment • Management of incoming/outgoing mail • Management of conference rooms • Various reservations • Various administrative tasks Your profile: ### • 1st confirmed experience in reception / front desk • Excellent presentation • French/German bilingual MANDATORY • English B2 • Proficiency in standard IT tools (word, excel, outlook...) • Customer oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible / Autonomous • Hours: 7:30-17:00 (Friday 16:30) Ready to join us?
