Do you love direct customer contact and bring initial experience in administration or the e-commerce sector? Are you interested in outdoor and safety equipment and at the same time have a good sense for products, numbers and assortments? Then we have a job for you that is anything but 08/15!

We are a dynamic Swiss SME with a successful online business and a retail shop in Baar/Sihlbrugg. Our team ensures every day that our over 20’000 products from the areas of outdoor, adventure and safety find their way to our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality per immediately or by arrangement, who enjoys sales and also wants to contribute administratively behind the scenes of our e-commerce business.

What you do with us:

Sales & Customer Consulting

• You advise our customers personally, competently and with enthusiasm.
• You understand the needs of our clientele and find the right solution because you acquire great product knowledge over time.
• Even when there is a lot going on in the shop, you keep an overview, stay friendly and ensure a positive shopping experience.

E-Commerce & Assortment Optimization

• When it is a bit quieter in sales, you support our admin team with the ongoing optimization of our webshops:
• You analyze our assortment and recognize bestsellers, sales trends and products that sell less well.
• You check sales prices and help to keep our offers attractive and competitive.
• You control product data and category assignments and ensure that our clientele finds the right products quickly.
• You support us in recognizing sales opportunities and continuously improving our assortment.

In short: You are not only active in sales, but also help to make our webshops a little better every day.

What you bring

• Training in retail and/or several years of experience in sales
• Confident handling of the computer and interest in e-commerce, product data and numbers
• Good knowledge and interest in our product world – whether from professional experience or personal enthusiasm
• Enjoyment of customer consulting - you are a true sales talent
• A careful, structured and independent way of working
• Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
