Plasterer-drywall builder

The employer is looking for four:

Qualified Plasterers / Drywallers (reported profession)

Tasks:

• dry construction: layout, installation of metal frameworks and assembly of partition walls, false walls and false ceilings in plasterboard
• plastering works: application of plasters (by hand or by machine) on walls and ceilings
• precision finishing: skimming, filling (levels from Q1 to Q4) and straightening of surfaces
• installation of thermal-acoustic insulation and special boards (e.g., vapor barriers, water-repellent or sound-insulating boards)
• orderly management of one's own workspace and strict compliance with SUVA safety regulations on the construction site

Requirements:

• proven several years of experience as a plasterer/drywaller (having already worked on Swiss construction sites constitutes a strong advantage)
• autonomy in reading technical plans and in the organization of work on the construction site
• mastery in the use of specific trade equipment
• flexibility in traveling between the areas of Bellinzona, Locarno and Lugano
• driving license B and availability of a private vehicle for business travel
• good knowledge of the Italian language (essential for coordination on the construction site)
