project manager (100%)

main activities

. Architectural and construction management of various projects (simultaneously)

. Management of teams, clients and companies

profile

. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural management and construction management, including team management

. Experience in the administrative and financial management of projects: site schedules, drafting of tenders, control of company offers; follow-up of clients, mandatories and companies; follow-up and updates of general estimates, follow-up and control of invoicing

. Ease in team management

. Mastery of Autocad software

. Excellent mastery of French (oral and written)

. Very good knowledge of Excel and Word tools

. Ability to work in an autonomous, structured and rigorous manner

. Proactive spirit, sense of detail and technical precision

. Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality

. Good management of stress and priorities in a multi-project environment
