Description ###

We are looking for an experienced personality to reinforce our production site in Oensingen, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Polymechaniker Berufsbildner (m/w/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Responsible for the apprenticeship training of Polymechaniker and Produktionsmechaniker
• Preparation of the apprentices for the partial and final examinations as well as supervision of the IPAs
• Recruitment of new apprentices in cooperation with our HR
• Creation of weekly, semester, and annual work plans
• Conducting of semester discussions incl. creation of educational reports
• Processing of small series on state-of-the-art CNC machines
• Creation of prototypes with conventional machines
• Setting up various processing machines
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs using CAM (TopSolid) and at the machine with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls

Your Profile ###

• You have successfully completed the training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• You have been able to gain several years of professional experience and have experience in the training of apprentices
• You have completed the Berufsbildner course
• You are independent as well as reliable and work with high quality
• You are flexible as well as resilient and look forward to working in a small team
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing
