As a dipl. construction engineer, architect, or dipl. construction manager with solid construction management experience in Switzerland, you will independently develop performance descriptions, manage the tendering and awarding process, and lead the realization of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project managers, you will optimize the construction process, create the schedule, and monitor costs, quality, safety, and compliance with contract conditions. Requirements: • Training as a construction engineer, architect, or dipl. construction manager • In-depth experience as a leader: realization / senior construction manager with completed projects in renovation and modernization in Switzerland • Enjoyment of work and willingness to deliver above-average performance • Good communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness • Independent, careful, and proactive work approach • Very good IT skills in industry-standard tools • Good German language skills (additional language skills an advantage) Applications by email please with reference 2SN3X1 in the subject line.
