Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts and pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. What you can achieve: * Supporting the Quality Director of Hamilton AG in the maintenance and upkeep of the integrated QMS * Collaborating with the quality managers of the various Business Units and their teams to maintain and ensure regulatory QMS requirements * Enforcing process guidelines in all areas * Planning and conducting internal and external audits. Maintenance and further development of the QMS * Advising process owners with regard to group-wide synergy potential in process optimization * Leading cross-functional and cross-location projects to improve the QMS, including CAPA projects * Collaborating with and supporting the quality managers in the branches to establish and expand the QMS * Conducting gap analyses in the regulatory field, implementation of regulatory requirements * Supporting the system owner for the CAQ system Babtec in the maintenance and further development of the system modules. What you bring with you: * Technical or scientific university education with a degree * At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs and quality management systems * Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, at least level B2.
