For the retirement home Mosaik Interlaken in Unterseen, we are looking for reinforcement for our team starting from 1er septembre 2026 or as agreed. Your tasks • You take charge of accompanying residents during the evening and morning hours. • You write entries in the clients' electronic documentation. • You are prepared to sleep in the retirement home during the night hours. • You perform various weekly tasks. Our expectations • You have training as an accompanying person or SRK nursing assistant. • You have experience in varied work with people having mental disorders. • You think in a solution-oriented manner and express yourself easily in German. • You are autonomous, stress-resistant, flexible, able to work in a team, and have a sense of humor.
