The main missions include possibilities of housing and work for people with disabilities, the curative pedagogical school as well as a varied therapeutic offering. Our domestic management department offers complete services in the fields of cleaning, laundry and sewing. We ensure the careful maintenance and cleaning of all premises. Our employees work hand in hand to offer the best service to our clients and guarantee the highest quality standards. • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of assigned buildings and premises • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our high standards • Intervention in different departments according to needs, 5 days per week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 h to 11 h 15 and Wednesday from 12 h to 16 h • Replacement and support of the team in case of shortage or absence • First professional experience in cleaning • Good knowledge of German • Joy of interdisciplinary collaboration • Reliability, care and autonomy in work • Flexibility and willingness to work in different departments • Good physical condition • Availability for services on weekends and public holidays • Versatile activity in a dynamic environment • Motivated and well-coordinated team • Advantages of a large institution such as the staff restaurant and the daycare • Attractive employment conditions (e.g. generous public holiday regulations, paid breaks, etc.) • Immediate proximity to public transport To find out more, go to www.josef-stiftung.ch/mitarbeitende/attraktive-arbeitgeberin
