Fondation de La Côte

The mission of the Fondation de La Côte is to help dependent people or those with health issues to remain in their living environment for as long as possible. Through its CMS located in Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St-Prex and Morges, it provides services to promote, maintain and/or restore health, maximize the level of autonomy and encourage the social integration of its clients while supporting family caregivers.

In order to complete its teams in Rolle, Morges Est and Morges Ouest, the Fondation de La Côte is looking for:

A health assistant on an hourly contract (40-80%)

Missions

• Perform basic care, assistance to the family and household assistance at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability.

Profile

• CRS 120h health assistant certificate or Swiss diploma deemed equivalent or foreign certification with CRS equivalence
• You have, if possible, already experience in this field. Besides an obvious interest in old age and home care, you are autonomous while working in a multidisciplinary manner.
• Flexibility is one of your assets (days, evenings and weekends / schedules).
• Driver's license indispensable
