• Training in cooking (CFC) and management experience desired.

What are your tasks? ###

• Professional production of the catering offer
• Taking charge of the daily responsibility of the kitchen
• Accompanying employees in protected workplaces
• Keeping agogic documentation
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices
• Participation in menu planning
• Participation in purchasing and stock management
• Co-responsibility in the implementation of and compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

• CFC cook training
• Leadership qualities as the daily responsible person
• Joy and empathy in contact with people
• Stress resistance, patience and flexibility
• Autonomous, careful and well-organized way of working
• Team spirit and good manners
• Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
• Experience in work agogy or willingness to undergo further training
